Rainy Season. Soup Season!

Ok, since I've gone a week without blogging, I'm back with a vengeance!  The rains are here.  And with them come soup eating season here in Kampala.  At least, as far as I'm concerned.  So here are four glorious soup recipes for you:

• Winter Vegetable Chowder.  Haven't made this one yet.  But it's on my wishlist!
• My mom's Carrot Broccoli Soup.  Yum.  Such delicious memories. 
• And White Chicken Chili.   A winter favorite.
• Carrot & Coconut Soup.  I'm on a coconut milk kick.  maybe because I live on the equator.  or maybe because there are four cans of it in my pantry.
