finding Him

5696. Feb 5. a gift woven: a basket.  You give beauty and practicality.
Happy gifts from a good God.  As easily seen on a Sunday morning on your kitchen counter, as on Christmas morning under the tree.  Bringing joy for those of us on the hunt.  We count gifts, and find the Giver.  He is faithful and sure; taking great delight in giving good gifts to His children.

#5714. Feb 7. gift of red: Dr Pepper on sale in Uganda!  You give a little taste of home.
#5729. Feb 8. a gift broken: ice broken into pieces.  You give a happy memory on a hot afternoon
5750.  Feb 9. an unexpected grace: wounded five year old, still climbing into my lap for comfort
#5753.  Feb 10. A visa to DRC for my brother.  You answer prayer!  You make a way where there is no way
#5755.  Feb 11. a gift found in working: little helpers working diligently.  You give help when I'm weary.

Where have you found Him recently?  For the promise is clear- "You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.  I will be found by you, declares the Lord." -Jeremiah 29:13-14

  3. Oh, thank you for the beautiful glimpses of gratitude. I'd love to share some ice with your boys. We've got plenty today in Iowa.. however we can't enjoy ours in shorts- just snowpants :) My littlest guy stood at the top of the sledding hill this afternoon and thanked God for the thick layer of ice that turned sleds into race cars. Ahh.. to live with such joy! Blessings to you as you seek Him.
